The High-Protein Reese’s-Style Cup You Can Eat for Breakfast

Honestly, who says you can’t have dessert for breakfast? This high-protein snack is a total game-changer. It’s creamy, nutty, and has that satisfying, crackable dark chocolate shell we all love.

Plus, with 22g of protein, it’s a guilt-free way to start your day.

    What You’ll Need

150g Thick Greek Yogurt: Use 0–2% fat for the best texture.

1 Heaped Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter: You can swap this for PB powder if you want to keep it even lighter.

1 Tsp Honey or Maple Syrup: Totally optional, just if you like it a bit sweeter.

A Tiny Pinch of Salt: This really makes the peanut butter flavor pop.

20g Dark Chocolate: Go for about 70% cocoa—it melts beautifully.

Optional: A sprinkle of crushed peanuts on top for that extra crunch.

    Let’s Make It

    1. Mix it up: Grab a small bowl and stir together your Greek yogurt, peanut butter, your sweetener of choice, and that pinch of salt. Make sure it’s nice and smooth.

    2. Prep the cup: Spoon the mixture into a ramekin or a small glass. Use the back of a spoon to smooth out the top so it’s perfectly flat.

    3. The magic shell: Melt your dark chocolate and pour it over the yogurt. Spread it into a thin, even layer—this is what creates that signature “cup” effect.

    4. Chill out: Pop it in the fridge for 20–30 minutes, or the freezer for 15, until that chocolate is set hard.

    5. Dig in: Grab a spoon, crack through that chocolate shell, and enjoy the creamy, peanut buttery goodness inside.
